At Aenolife, our goal is to bring “Comfort for every day!” to your home. We stand behind the quality of our smart household solutions, including our 2-Tier Stainless Steel Dish Drainers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unbuilt, and free from any signs of wear.
  • All original parts and accessories (e.g., drip trays, cutlery holders, knife stands) must be included.
  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the name of the product (or bundle), and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Get Instructions: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package within Germany.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your dish drainer arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For standard “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
